R1P2: Day 4 of the VLCD
Well, the scale fairy was good to me again!!! Down another 2.2 lbs for a total of 11.2 in 3 days!!!! Wow…I am in shock and oh so thrilled…not even a hunger pain yet this morning…this is good stuff!
